Refund Policy

🔹 Digital Products, Courses, and Services Specified in a Refund Guarantee

  • A 7-calendar-day money-back guarantee applies only to products/services where explicitly stated.
  • After 7 calendar days, all sales are final.
  • Discounted, promotional, or special offers are non-refundable and do not qualify for the 7-day refund policy.

🔹 One-on-One Coaching, Consulting, and Personalized Sessions

  • Non-refundable once delivered.
  • If a session is not booked within 30 calendar days of purchase, it is forfeited and non-refundable.
  • If a session is not attended, it is forfeited and non-refundable.
  • If a session is canceled within 5 calendar days of the appointment, it cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
  • A one-time credit may be applied to another service or product, but it must be redeemed within 7 days.

🔹 Rescheduling Policy (One-on-One Coaching & Consulting)
✔ Each session may be rescheduled only once, with at least 5 calendar days' notice before the original appointment.
✔ The new date must be within 30 calendar days of the original session.
✔ If a session is rescheduled a second time, it is forfeited and non-refundable.

🔹 Discounted, Special, or Promotional Items
✔ All sales of discounted, promotional, or special offer items are final.
✔ These items do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or rescheduling.
✔ This includes flash sales, bundled offers, and limited-time discounts.

Customers purchasing discounted or promotional items acknowledge that these sales are final, with no refunds or rescheduling available.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Upward Boost Group and is protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
